The following FAQ may help you resolve any issues you're having when logging into the SS&C GlobeOp Secure Portal.
I get an "Authentication failed" message after I try to log in
- Check if your username and password were entered correctly - ensure the Caps Lock button on your keyboard is not activated.
- Try resetting your password by clicking here.
I did not receive the one time code email after clicking the "Request One Time Code" button
- You may have email filter software that is identifying the one time code email as spam or auto-deleting it. You may need to ask your corporate email team to check your email gateway settings to ensure emails from no-reply@globeop.com are allowed through.
- Your email address may need to be updated in our user database. Please call one of the Help Desk numbers listed in the panel at the top right of this page to resolve this.
I have to enter a one time code every time I restart my browser
A cookie is stored in your browser after entering the one time code so you will not be prompted for a new one time code on subsequent log in attempts. If you access the SS&C GlobeOp Secure Portal from another browser or from a different PC, you will be prompted to enter another one time code to ensure you verify that the browser / device is trusted.
Your browser settings may also be configured to delete cookies when you close the browser. To ensure your browser does not delete this cookie, check the following settings in your browser:
- From the menu, go to Tools > Internet Explorer > General tab.
- In the browsing history section uncheck the "Delete browsing history on exit" checkbox.
- From the menu, go to Tools > Options > Privacy tab.
- In the history section, ensure "Accept cookies from sites" is checked.
- In the history section, ensure "Clear browsing history when Firefox closes" is unchecked.
- From the menu (3 stacked horizontal lines to the right of the address bar), select the Settings option.
- Scroll down to the Privacy section and select the Content settings button and at this point the Content settings popup window will be displayed.
- Select "Allow local data to be set".
- Click the Done button.
I want to change my GoReporting email site preference
- Please click here to remove the cookie that stores your GoReporting site preference. After clicking the link you'll be prompted to select a new site preference the next time you attempt to access a GoReporting report from an email link.

you access GoReporting reports via the email link.

IMPORTANT: After logging in, take note that URLs have been updated to use the ssnc.cloud domain. Please update your bookmarks, as the previous URLs will become unavailable in the future. If you have any questions, please contact production support using the link on this page.
Access to this web site is using two levels of security. The first is your normal username and password that you use to access the site. The second is a One Time Code that will be delivered to your registered email address on request if you are logging in from a computer that you have not previously accessed the web site from and entered the One Time Code.
